Bill to fund government heads to Biden's desk for signature

Hours before a potential government shutdown, the House passed a $1.7 trillion spending package. Some of the big-ticket costs are support for Ukraine, a pay raise for troops and disaster relief money for Americans impacted by wildfires, earthquakes and hurricanes.
