Russia to Withdraw troops from Ukraine’s Kherson city

President Vladimir Putin has ordered his troops to withdraw from Kherson, the only regional capital seized by his forces so far. Following weeks of Ukrainian advances towards the city, the announcement on Wednesday came as a surprise. This could have been a huge blow to Russia's invasion of Ukraine in late February.
