Russian forces increase efforts to seize eastern Ukraine city

Russian forces are intensifying their efforts to take full control of the eastern city of Severodonetsk. While Moscow has deployed reserve troops, Kyiv has also sent additional soldiers to counter them. Al Jazeera's Charles Stratford reports from Kyiv.
