India electric vehicles- Initiative reveals need for new infrastructur

One of the world's most polluted cities is on a drive to cut vehicle emissions. India's capital New Delhi has launched a campaign to promote electric cars and rickshaws. But environmentalists say without the necessary infrastructure, the project could hit a dead end.
